- How many points do I earn on my purchases?

- How long does it take for points to reflect in my account? It may take between 48 to 96 hours.
- I forgot to give my mobile number at the time of purchase. Can I earn points retrospectively? No, you will not be able to earn points retrospectively. Please do remember to share your mobile number at the time of purchase.
- Earned points are valid for 1 year, from the date they were earned. Bonus points may have different validity period.
- You can redeem points once you have accumulated 20 points in your account.
- Bata Club is not obliged to give reasons for any decision it makes to suspend, terminate or restrict your Membership or to reject your request to become a Member.
- Membership is non-transferable.
- Once Membership is granted, you will only be able to access with the mobile number shared at the time of registration.
- All members are responsible for each and every access or use of the Bata Club membership that occurs in conjunction with use of your mobile number.
- Use of your mobile number is conclusive evidence that you have accessed the Bata Club Membership.
- All members must not allow any third party to access your Bata Club Membership using your mobile number without permission, written or oral.
- All members must notify Bata in writing as soon as you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Bata Club Account, mobile number.
- All members acknowledge and agree that they are liable for, and will indemnify Bata Club, its related bodies corporate, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees against, any and all claims made by a third party arising out of your access to, and use of, the Bata Club as a Member.
- Bata Club reserves the right to change the structure, program and term validity of the program without prior notice. Subject to change could occur in any given time during the run time of Bata Club in participating Bata stores.
